As of January 2025, The Old Guard 2, the sequel to the 2020 action film starring Charlize Theron, is anticipated to premiere on Netflix later this year. The film completed principal photography in October 2022, with additional reshoots conducted in October 2024.
The sequel features returning cast members Charlize Theron, KiKi Layne, and Chiwetel Ejiofor, joined by newcomers Uma Thurman and Henry Golding.
While an official release date has not been confirmed, the film is expected to debut on Netflix in 2025.
